The client

Targeted Genomics makes innovative at-home testing for gluten intolerance, celiac disease, and wellness. Celiac disease can present in its “classic” form with GI symptoms alone, or in “atypical” form masquerading as multiple different illnesses including thyroiditis, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and more.

The brief

Grow their online sales, improve social media presence, audience interaction and pivot to more digital marketing strategy over traditional. Although their branding was in a good spot they also needed help with brand development and package design for their at-home test.

The solution

Our solution was to ramp up their social media output with engaging posts and utilizing influencer marketing to help drive sales and brand interaction on their social media platforms and online presence. With consistent social media marketing, we grew brand recognition and developed a solid brand identity that is cohesive throughout their marketing and sales.
